§ 14-83. Inspections.

Any resident who has secured a permit for an outdoor furnace shall be deemed to have agreed to allow the town Code enforcement officer or any other person designated by the town board to inspect the outdoor furnace and its operation if a written complaint is filed with the town clerk-treasurer's office alleging a violation of this section.
