§ 14-84. Penalties; violations declared public nuisance.

Noncompliance with this division shall be subject to forfeiture as provided in section 1-13 in addition to permit suspension or revocation, actions for abatement, injunctive relief, and other remedies as allowed by law, without limitation. All violations of this division shall be deemed to be a public nuisance.
