§ 8-63. Non-use of license.

Latest version.

If a license issued under this article is not used within 60 days after its issuance or its usage is discontinued for a period of 60 days or more, such non-use shall be grounds for cancellation, suspension, revocation or non-renewal of the license in accordance with the provisions of this article and state law.
