§ 8-62. Transfer of license.

Latest version.

The transfer of every alcohol beverage license shall be governed by Wis. Stats. § 125.04(12). No transfer of an operator's license is permitted. If the transfer is approved by the town board under Wis. Stats. § 125.04(12), all conditions set forth in this article shall be complied with. Failure to conform to the terms of license transfer shall be grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of the license.
