§ 14-124. Compliance with traffic laws.

All members responding to an emergency in a motor vehicle shall obey all traffic laws, unless special privileges have been granted firefighters, EMTs, or drivers by the state or other authority. The town shall not be liable for accidents caused by firefighters, EMTs, or drivers violating the law in private vehicles.
