§ 14-81. Permit required; fee.

(a)

No outdoor furnace, or any part thereof, shall hereafter be built, enlarged, altered, structurally repaired or moved into or within the town, unless a permit therefor is first obtained by the owner or the owner's agent from the building inspector. The permit required under this division may be in addition to other permits, such as a building permit, plumbing permit, etc., depending on the scope of the installation or work proposed by the owner or the owner's agent.

(b)

An application fee in an amount set from time to time by resolution of the town board shall accompany the permit application in order to defray the costs of administration and inspection to ensure compliance with this division, as well as other applicable regulations and ordinances of the town.
