§ 8-108. Veteran's license.

Latest version.

Veterans with 25 percent disability or more and verified by the Federal Veterans' Administration Bureau shall be granted a special license under this article without payment of a fee. Such person must be a bona fide resident of the state for at least five years preceding the application, and a picture no older than three years shall accompany the application. The license shall be nontransferable.
