§ 8-66. Closing hours.

Closing hours shall be as set by state statute with the following applicable local options:
(1)

If a wholesale license, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., except on Saturday when the closing hour shall be 9:00 p.m.

(2)

If a retail Class "A" fermented malt beverage license, between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

(3)

If a retail "Class A" intoxicating liquor license, between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
