§ 8-25. Granting of licenses.

Unless otherwise designated, licenses required by this chapter shall be issued by the town clerk-treasurer only with the approval of the board; except the town clerk-treasurer may issue dog licenses and direct seller licenses subject to the standards established by this chapter without prior approval of the board.
