§ 23-8. Severability.

Latest version.

If a court of competent jurisdiction judges any section, sentence, clause, provision or portion of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder of the chapter shall remain in force and not be affected by such judgment.
