§ 22-39. Collection by unauthorized person.

From the time of placement at an established drop-off recycling site, all recyclable materials shall be and become the property of the town. It shall be a violation of this section for any person unauthorized by the town to collect or pick up or cause to be collected or picked up any such items from the established drop-off recycling site.
