§ 20-20. Park commission.

In accordance with the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 27.02, the town has created a park commission consisting of seven members. The commission shall have charge and supervision of all town parks and all lands heretofore or hereafter acquired by the town for park purposes. The commission shall have the powers and duties set forth in Wis. Stats. § 27.05.
