§ 18-1. Adoption of state laws subject to forfeiture.

  • The following statutes following the prefix "18" defining offenses against the peace and good order of the state are adopted by reference to define offenses against the peace and good order of the municipality provided the penalty for commission of such offenses under this section shall be limited to a forfeiture as provided in section 18-2:
