§ 16-2. Milk and milk products.

(a)

Grade A milk required. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale within the town any milk or milk product other than Grade A pasteurized milk or milk products as defined in Wis. Admin. Code ch. ATCP 80.

(b)

Frozen desserts. The provisions of Wis. Admin. Code ch. ATCP 70, relating to frozen desserts, exclusive of any provision thereof relating to the penalty, is adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference. A violation of any such provisions shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
