§ 14-19. Open-flame cooking devices.

Charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices shall not be operated on combustible balconies or within ten feet of combustible construction. This provision does not apply to one-family and two-family dwellings or where the buildings and decks are protected by an automatic sprinkler system.
